License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your
acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Personal License
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
This license can be used for analysis of home and business sites by you
personally. This License can be used to analyze multiple sites on a
single computer. If you want to install Logaholic on mutiple computers,
please buy additional Licenses.

License Limitations
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
With this license, you are not allowed to offer access to the
statistics as a service to others or to ALLOW ANY OTHER DOMAINS THAN
YOUR OWN to be analyzed with your copy of logaholic.

You are specifically prohibited from copying or otherwise distibuting
Logaholic without prior consent of Logaholic BV.
This includes copies of Logaholic that may or may not be
altered or adapted. It is also specifically forbidden to make
commercial or non commercial derivative works or services.

Please refer to the Logaholic Service Provider Edition (SPE) if you
want to provide Logaholic to your customers.

Governing Law
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and
corresponding international laws.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY
LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
